ALF – Literacy and Training
The project supports the integration into the labor market of people with low levels of education in the South-Muntenia Region through career counseling, digital training, and qualifications tailored to the local economic context. The initiative contributes to increasing employment among vulnerable adults and promotes a more inclusive workforce that is prepared for the current challenges of the labor market.

RESTART – Socio-Professional Reintegration
The project supports the professional integration of people with low education or outdated qualifications in the North-West Region. It offers guidance, skills assessment, digital training, and level 1 and 2 qualifications tailored to labor market requirements. The initiative promotes lifelong learning and reduces the risk of professional exclusion.

Architects of their own future
The aim of the project is to facilitate the integration into the labor market of people with a low level of education or with qualifications that are no longer relevant in the current context, through access to personalized vocational guidance, training and qualification services. The project targets a group of people in the Center Region, with ISCED 0-2 or ISCED 3 educational level, but with qualifications that are not in line with the current requirements of employers.

The project supports people with low educational attainment or outdated qualifications in the Bucharest-Ilfov region by providing training and counseling tailored to the current labor market requirements. The initiative promotes lifelong learning and contributes to increasing the number of skilled adults, in line with the objectives of the Education and Employment Program 2021–2027.

Social Cohesion Survey in the Context of the Ukrainian Humanitarian Crisis – round 4
The fourth round of the Social Cohesion Survey aims at updating and expanding the database on the relations between Romanian citizens and Ukrainian refugees. The study maintains continuity with previous rounds while incorporating new elements reflecting recent social, political, and economic changes.

Developing digital competences for employees in SV-Oltenia region
The aim of the project is to strengthen the effective functioning of the labor market and facilitate inclusive and equal access and participation in quality and sustainable employment for the labor resource and optimize education and training systems to meet the requirements of the labor market, while promoting equal access to education and stimulating lifelong learning through the development of digital competencies among employees in the project region.

Digital Up!
The aim of the project is to improve the digital competences of 601 full or part-time employees, aged between 18 and 64 years and residing in the project implementation region (South-Muntenia). The project is part of the program Digital Skills for the Labour Market - Less Developed Regions, priority P9. Strengthening population participation in lifelong learning to facilitate transitions and mobility.

Qualitative Research to Increase Childhood Immunization Uptake among rural/semi-urban low socio-economic communities
The study analyzes factors influencing vaccination behaviors in vulnerable communities in Romania, using the COM-B model. The research identifies barriers and facilitators among health workers to support public policies that reduce inequities in access to immunization.

Qualitative Research on the Reasons for Non Attendance to Immunization in Brasov and Mures Counties
The aim is to understand the factors that determine non-attendance at vaccination among parents and guardians of children aged 0 to 5 in the counties of Brașov and Mureș, in order to develop tailored interventions that increase vaccination coverage and effectively address fears, beliefs, and perceived barriers.

ABC of educating young people about nature and the environment
The aim of the project is to carry out a campaign to educate and raise awareness of 520 young people in Bihor county, aged 15-18 years, on the impact of environmental problems on everyday life and the importance of protecting nature, regardless of the living environment (urban or rural).

The Oral Health Barometer
The study aimed to estimate the current oral health status of the population at national level among the population aged 0-17 years and over 18 years in urban and rural Romania who accessed dental services.

Social Cohesion Survey in the Context of the Ukrainian Humanitarian Crisis – round 3
The study analyzes social cohesion and integration of Ukrainian refugees in communities in Romania, exploring the relationships and perceptions between them and the host population. Based on three rounds of surveys, the report provides data on social distance, perceived rights, support provided, and sources of information, with the aim of informing interventions for sustainable integration.

The aim of the research was to understand how Romanians perceive Ukrainian refugees 16 months after the beginning of the armed conflict and to identify factors that may support or undermine cohesion between the two communities. The ultimate goal is to provide actors involved in humanitarian crisis management with relevant data to improve long-term interventions and programs.
