Goal
The aim of the project is to strengthen a functioning and efficient labor market by facilitating equitable and inclusive access to quality and sustainable employment. The project also aims at adapting education and training systems to the needs of the labor market, promoting lifelong learning and the development of digital competences among employees in the targeted region.

Objectives
The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the digital skills of the workforce in order to align them with current and future labor market requirements.
Assessment of the digital skills of at least 601 employees (ISCED 3-8) aged between 18 and 64, registered in the target group in the North-East Region.
Provision of vocational training programs for acquiring digital skills for a minimum of 601 employees (ISCED 3-8) aged between 18 and 64, enrolled in the target group in the North-East Region.

Organize and carry out the evaluation process of the existing digital competences of the employees.
Running training programs adapted to the level of skills identified by the assessment.
Providing materials, digital platforms and logistical support for training.
Monitoring participants' progress and supporting successful completion of programs.
