Goal

The project supports the adaptation of education and training systems to labor market requirements through flexible lifelong learning programs focused on digital and technical skills. The initiative contributes to increasing sustainable employment, supports professional transitions, and reduces the gap between skills demand and supply.

Human Resources

Recruitment and selection specialists, career guidance counselors, accredited IT and vocational trainers, skills assessors, tutors and educational program coordinators, together with the project implementation and management team.

Material resources:

Adequately equipped training spaces, modern IT equipment (laptops, tablets, interactive screens), educational materials for counseling and training, digital platforms for online courses and customized course supports.

Financial resources

Non-reimbursable European funding through the Education and Employment Program 2021-2027 - as well as dedicated budgets for information, training, certification and support activities for participants.

Information resources

Tools for assessing training needs and skills gaps, methodologies and training plans, databases of eligible individuals, career counseling guides and standards for certification in IT and vocational skills.

Objectives

To support the integration into the labour market of people with low or no qualifications, including those with outdated specializations, through an integrated package of services comprising: career guidance and counselling; assessment of previously acquired skills; training in basic digital skills; level 1 and/or level 2 qualification courses
Career guidance and counseling: Career guidance and counseling services tailored to the socio-professional profile of the target group to facilitate the choice of a relevant educational and professional pathway.
Development of digital competences: Provision of tailor-made training programs in basic IT skills for at least 51 persons, based on the needs identified through the initial knowledge assessment.
 Vocational qualification: Organize level 1 and/or 2 vocational training courses in line with current labour market requirements for the whole target group.

Main activities

Activity 1: Identification, recruitment and selection of the target groupThis stage includes information and promotion measures among eligible persons as well as the processes of identification, recruitment and selection of participants. Clear and transparent criteria will be applied to ensure fair selection in line with the objectives of the project.
Activity 2: Provision of career guidance and counseling services
Selected participants will benefit from an assessment of their current level of competences and the identification of possible professional gaps. On the basis of these assessments, career guidance and counseling sessions will be provided to support their integration and development in the labor market.
Activity 3: Provision of personalized services for IT skills acquisition. This activity includes:
- Assessing the digital competence level of participants
- Developing IT training programs, tailored to the identified needs
- Delivery of IT training courses
- Certification of the acquired skills in accordance with the standards in force
Activity 4: Organization and delivery of nationally recognized training programs. Training programs will be organized and delivered for the target group participants in areas relevant to the labour market. These programs will have national recognition and will provide official certificates upon completion of the courses.

Results

The project will lead to the training and qualification of at least 212 people, of which 50 will acquire basic digital skills in a non-formal program.
3 training sessions will be organized and 51 participants will be certified in IT skills and will benefit from grants.
For each course, a final report will be produced and feedback questionnaires will be applied.
An IT training program will be developed and delivered, along with supporting materials, as well as an accredited vocational qualification program, curriculum and training plan.
At the organizational level, the project will produce a set of management procedures and will include two conferences (opening and closing) and a dissemination workshop.
