Goal

The aim of the project is to strengthen the effective functioning of the labor market and facilitate inclusive and equal access and participation in quality and sustainable employment for the labor resource and optimize education and training systems to meet the requirements of the labor market, while promoting equal access to education and stimulating lifelong learning through the development of digital competencies among employees in the project region.

Specialized digital skills trainers, IT skills assessors, vocational training experts, human resources specialists, target group recruitment operators and project management team.

Training rooms equipped with digital technology, IT equipment (laptops, video projectors, interactive whiteboards), e-learning platforms and digital teaching materials adapted to the level of participants.

Financial resources

European funds (Education and Employment Programme 2021-2027), co-funding from the organizations involved, budget for grants, certifications and training logistics.

Information resources

Databases of eligible employees in Bucharest, digital competences assessment tools, training methodologies, customized training plans and certification guides according to national standards.

Objectives

Main activities

Organize and carry out the evaluation process of the existing digital competences of the employees.
Running training programs adapted to the level of skills identified by the assessment.
Providing materials, digital platforms and logistical support for training.
Monitoring participants' progress and supporting successful completion of programs.
Promoting digital education as part of lifelong learning and inclusion in the labor market.

Results

601 employees assessed for digital competences and subsequently trained through individually tailored programs.
Increased level of digital skills for the Bucharest workforce
Stimulating digital inclusion and active participation in lifelong learning processes
Contributing to the adaptability and economic resilience of organizations through more digitally literate staff
